is established in 1989 with the object to carry on a business of manufacturing of paper cones, which is a basic packing material for all types of yarn.

, the proprietor of the firm is associated with the business of paper cones for the last 25 years and acquired ample industrial and managerial skills, well back-ground and rich experience.
Since the unit has started it's activities initially putting up three numbers of high speeds semi automatic winding machines complete set up with the production capacity of 57 lacs cones per annum. Presently the unit is having 7 numbers of semi automatic winding machines complete set up.In recent past the unit has installed Three Nos of New Fully Automatic Paper Cone manufacturing lines having production capacity of 30 lacs cones in a month. The basic aim behind setting the fully automatic plant was to cater and meet out the high quality standards cones requirement of the industry with zero defects. With this installation, PS BOARD MILL is the largest manufacturer of the PAPER CONES IN RAJASTHAN having production capacity of 450 lacs cones per annum.
We are also in process to go for 100% automation due to present need of the market, internal & external circumstances.

Through we supply the Paper cones without cenvat as some Mills are not availing the cenvat credit.

P. S. Board Mills is committed to ‘Quality with Innovation’. Fort this, the company uses raw materials like Starch, Dextrin and Kraft board. Starch with dextrin is used in preparing paste which is further used for Kraft board pasting, which is used for manufacturing. We obtain only high quality raw materials directly from the manufacturers, which results in minimal cost to the unit.
