Infrastructure

The manufacturing unit of P. S. Board Mills is equipped with state of the art infrastructural facilities. The unit is spread over a total land area of 55000 square feet and our building is constructed on 12900 square feet. The functioning of our machines and equipment has been powered by high tech electrical equipment that is handled by RSEB and in case of power failure a D.G. Set of 63 kva+30kva+30kva is there with the unit. Our unit came into action by originally setting up three figures of elevated speed partially automatic winding machines with the production capacity of 57 lakhs of paper cones per annum. Presently, our unit has twelve semi automatic machines like packet cutting, cone cutting, embossing, grinding, nosing, pasting, velvet finishing etc. and we are planning to add three more machines which will further enhance the production which is currently 90 lacs per annum. Unit Location The unit is situated at New Irans, 6 KM mile stone away from Textile City , Bhilwara on Kota Road. Land and Building The unit has 55000 SFT LAND and the building is constructed on Appx.14000 SFT excluding labour quarter. Power and Utility The unit has RSEB connection with power back up through D.G. of 125 KVAV & 75 KVA that ensure 100% Back up in case of power cut / failure. Water Facility The unit has own tube well connection to meet out the total water requirement
