Welcome to the thriving world of P. S. Board Mills. The company was incepted in the year 1989 with the sole motto to establish a colored paper cones manufacturing business, which is extensively used in packing material for different types of yarn. We are among the renowned paper cones manufacturers and are famous for our high quality products.
P. S. Board Mills, situated at New Irans, 6 KM mile stone away from Textile City, Bhilwara on Kota Road, was incorporated under the guidance of Mr. Ramesh Chandra Shah, the CEO of the company who is associated with this business from the past 25 years. He with his managerial and industrials skills along with profound experience and background has enabled the company to reach an invincible position.
Infrastructure Unit
Our manufacturing unit has all the infrastructural facilities, which spreads over a total land area of 55000 square feet and our building is constructed on 12900 square feet. Our electricity system is completely handled by RSEB and in case of power failure A D.G. of 63 kva+30kva+30kva is there with the unit. Our unit came into action by originally setting up three figures of elevated speed partially automatic winding machines with the production capacity of 57 lakhs of paper cones per annum. Presently, our unit has twelve semi automatic machines like packet cutting, cone cutting, embossing, grinding, nosing, pasting, velvet finishing etc. and we are planning to add three more machines which will further enhance the production which is currently 90 lacs per annum.
Quality Control
Quality with innovation is the basic motive of our organization. We use raw materials like Starch, Dextrin and Kraft board. Starch with dextrin is used in preparing paste which is further used for Kraft board pasting, which is used for manufacturing. We acquire these raw materials directly from manufacturers which results in minimal cost to the unit.
Business Prospects
Demand for textile paper cones has a direct link with the growing needs of natural and synthetic yarn which ensures a firm growth with time. Our unit is located close to many other yarn manufacturing units and has a contract with two units of Sangam Spinners, six units of LNJ –Bhilwara group, Rajasthan Textiles Mills –Bhawani Mandi, Orient Syntex ltd.-Bhiwadi, Nitin Spinners ltd, Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills ltd- Pali.
Moreover, our production process is not very complex and sufficient training makes the workers familiar with the process easily. We have procured a large clientele across India due to the quality products manufactured by us which are easily available in the market. Our products can be obtained at the most feasible prices. Thus, we are considered one among the leading paper cones manufacturers and known suppliers of the same based in India.

Products
We particularize in the manufacturing of paper cones such as textile and colored paper cones. Our paper cones are available in different colours and patterns which are finely balanced and dimensionally accurate. Apart from this, they have minimum weight variation and are strong enough to tolerate the highest doff weight. Our products are suitable xorella yarn conditioning and perform excellently on modern high speed knitting and warping machines. We also have quality machines to check our products such as Paper BF Testing M/C, Cone CS Testing M/C, GSM Testing M/C, paper cob tester.
